How to use PDF Cropper

Cropping to PDF keeps the page as vector content, so text stays selectable and the file stays small - the crop trims the page box instead of re-drawing the sheet. The rectangle you set on the page you are looking at is applied to every page, so a single-sheet crop must be done one page at a time in another tool first. Cropped content is hidden rather than deleted: the pixels or words outside the box are no longer visible or searchable, but a PDF viewer can still be coaxed to show the area unless the file is flattened. Choosing PNG or JPEG exports the cropped view as images inside a ZIP instead.
