How to use Organize PDF Pages
- Load one or more .pdf files and pick an Operation Type: move, rotate, delete, extract, merge or replace pages.
- Enter the page numbers the operation asks for - a range for delete and extract, From and To for move, Start, End and an angle of 90, 180 or 270 degrees for rotate.
- Press Process Pages and Download <name>_organized.pdf; Extract additionally writes <name>_extracted.pdf.
- Re-open the file and step through the pages you touched before you rely on it.
What Organize PDF Pages actually does to your file
Pages are manipulated as objects, so rotation is a flag on the page rather than a redraw - no quality is lost and text stays selectable, though a viewer that ignores page rotation will still show the original orientation. Page numbers in the printed content do not renumber themselves when pages move. Replace takes the source file you point at and uses only its first page, so it suits swapping one sheet, not appending a chapter. As with the other tools on this site, form fields, bookmarks and comments on copied pages are dropped.
